• 1 x Café Lavado (Washed Process): The quintessential smooth profile representing traditional Colombian coffee. Characterized by traditional collection, cherry classification, pulping, and careful drying. It offers a sweet profile, with notes of caramel, dried fruits, medium body, delicate acidity, and a smooth residual flavor. Excellent expression of its notes in espresso and French press. (SCAA Score: 83 - 84 pts).

• 1 x Café Honey (EM 55 Honey): Specially selected by cherry color and float separation, this coffee undergoes a 78-hour fermentation process before pulping, preserving the mucilage during drying for differentiated flavors. Characterized by sweet notes, reminiscent of ripe peaches, medium-high acidity, a prolonged sweet flavor, and a creamy, smooth body. Ideal for filter methods like Chemex and Aeropress. (SCAA Score: 84.5 – 85.5 pts).

• 1 x Café Natural (EM48 Natural): Continuing with fermentation processes, this coffee is selected by cherry color and float separation, then fermented for 60 hours before being immediately sent to dry with pulp and mucilage. This case offers notes of wine, red fruits, cocoa, high acidity, creamy body, and a prolonged residual flavor with notes similar to liquors. An excellent expression in filter methods like Melitta and V60. (SCAA Score: 85.5 – 86.5 pts).
