The history chapter explores the origins and the constructive tradition. Connect with the artisanal work and the roots of the coffee region.
CULTURE - GAVIOTA
The culture chapter is linked to the presence of coffee within the Colombian cultural imagination. The name Gaviota refers to the central character of the renowned Colombian novel Café con aroma de mujer.
FLORA - SAMÁN
The flora chapter represents the plant biodiversity that coexists with the coffee plantations. The samán, an emblematic tree, symbolizes protection, spaciousness, and ecological balance within the productive landscape.
FAUNA - SINSONTE
The fauna chapter recognizes the presence of animals that inhabit the coffee ecosystems. The sinsonte represents the wildlife that roams these landscapes and symbolizes the connection between the farm and the surrounding natural environment.
