The Art of Selective Picking

Quality begins in the hands of our pickers. We harvest only the perfectly ripe cherries, one by one. This manual selection ensures the sweetness, cleanliness, and consistency that defines our unique cup profile.

A Cultural Landmark

Hacienda Venecia is a living symbol of the Coffee Cultural Landscape (UNESCO). Our Main House, built with traditional Bahareque architecture, preserves 120 years of history, serving as a bridge between our origin and the world.

A Regenerative Ecosystem

We are committed to a regenerative coffee future. With 60 hectares dedicated to conservation and biological corridors, our farm is a sanctuary for native bees and birds. The return of native species, like the Tayra, is our greatest indicator of a living, healthy ecosystem.

Volcanic Terroir & Traceability

Nestled between 1,300 and 1,650 meters above sea level, our coffee thrives in rich volcanic soils and natural water springs. As a single-estate model, we control the entire value chain—from planting to roasting—ensuring full traceability and a consistently exceptional cup profile.
