An Active Origin
Hacienda Venecia is a coffee farm located in Manizales, Colombia, with over 120 years of productive history operated by the Echeverri Londoño family. We do not just sell coffee; we build relationships straight from the farm.
We are a living territory where agricultural production, processing, exportation, specialty coffees, and coffee tourism coexist in perfect harmony. Our purpose is clear: to produce reliable, traceable coffees with a distinct identity.
Terroir & Precision
We cultivate under natural shade between 1,300 and 1,650 meters above sea level, in mineral-rich volcanic soils, using our own water sources for our processes. Every production decision directly impacts the result in the cup.
All processing is done on-site. We feature an in-house wet and dry mill, electronic cherry sorting, temperature-managed fermentation tanks, and an on-site SCA cupping lab, guaranteeing consistency harvest after harvest.
