Bourbon Sidra Special Edition Coffee from Hacienda Venecia is the result of a unique crossbreed that enhances the development of distinct aromas and flavors. This special variety is carefully handpicked at peak ripeness (red cherry), undergoes a double fermentation process for 4 days, and is then subjected to mechanical drying. The resulting brew is characterized by floral aromas, notes of yellow fruits, a balanced profile with aromatic flavors, and a moderate acidity.
