Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates (United States)

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes and discounts.

Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Hacienda Venecia is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist in locating your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
